Between 1991 and 1995 Alex did research work at IVF, The Swedish Institute of Production Engineering. He founded Modular Management in 1995 and has been the CEO of the company since then and president of Modular Management AB. He is the co-author of two books on modularization ”Modulindela Produkten”(1994) and ”Modulindelning i praktiken” (1996).

Luther had a 25 year career with MTS Systems Corporation. Beginning in 1984 he held roles in design and engineering management. In 1996 Luther became the Sensors Group manager with responsibilities for engineering and operations. In 2000 he moved to the Marketing Group where he was Senior Product Manager. During this tenure Luther was the Program Manager for a modularity initiative working in partnership with Modular Management. Beginning in 2010, Luther joined Modular Management as President of the US office.

Kuoting worked in the semiconductor industry before joining Modular Management. His professional experiences include both new product developments and production engineering. In his previous position, he led a cross-functional team to identify emerging markets and developed new products to fulfill unmet needs. Kuoting is leading Modular Management Asia operations since 2010.

In 1977-82 Arne worked as Development Engineer, for Atlas Copco AB. Between 1982-93 he acted as Manager Business Unit Flexible Automatic Assembly for Electrolux Industrial Systems. In 1993-95 he was at the department for Group Technology at Electrolux AB. Between 1995 and 1997 he was the Administrative R&D Manager at Husqvarna AB. Since 1997 he is partner and vice president of Modular Management AB.

Between 1989 and 1991 John acted as Principle Engineer at Cardiac Pacemaker/Guidant, Minneapolis, where he became a Manager of Supplier Development in 1991-94. In 1995–03 John worked as the Associate Director, Minnesota Technology, Inc., Minneapolis. Between 2003 and 2005 John was a consultant at Carnelian Innovations, Inc. After that, he started as a consultant at Modular Management Inc and was the president for the US office, until beginning of 2010. Since 1997 John has been an adjunct associate professor, at University of Minnesota.

Gunnar has 20 years of experience (since 1972), from various Swedish companies, with Robotics and Industrial Automation. For many years board member of the Swedish Industrial Robot Association, SWIRA. Part time Senior Lecturer in Manufacturing, Automation and Robotic at Dalarna University since 1987. Since 1996, Gunnar is working as senior consultant at Modular Management AB. He holds a Professorship in Mechanical Engineering at Dalarna University since 2004.

Between 1995 and 1996 he was working in a project at Electrolux Environmental Affairs. In 1996-1998 he was a Project/Venture Manager at InnovationsPumpen AB, where he then became Managing Director in 1998-00. Since 1999 Alex is working as a senior consultant at Modular Management AB, where he is also a partner.

In 1986 – 87 Johan acted as Development Engineer, at Nobel Plast. After that he worked for Electrolux as R&D Project Manager Electrolux, in 1991–94. He then worked in the US, for Frigidaire, as R&D Project Manager between 1994 and 1997. After that he acted as Competence Centre Manager at Electrolux, between 1997 and 2000. Since 2000 he is a senior consultant and partner in Modular Management AB. Between 2004 and 2008, he was the president for the US office.

In 1996-1998 Jakob worked as Project Manager/Innovation Engineer at Electrolux Research & Development. After that he work for Sigma Design & Development (later renamed to Epsilon High-Tech Innovation) in 1998-2004. Since 2004 he has been working as a senior consultant in Modular Management AB and now also as a partner.
